These terms describe the expected use of Focus Arcade and the boundaries for accounts, purchases, ads, and support.

Use of the App
Focus Arcade provides short visual focus games, progress history, reminders, optional account sync, optional ads, and optional ad removal purchases. You are responsible for using the app in a safe and lawful way.
No Medical Advice
Focus Arcade is for general focus practice and personal progress tracking. It is not healthcare, therapy, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or a substitute for professional advice.
Accounts and Sync
Some features may require account binding or cloud sync. You are responsible for keeping access to your account email secure. If you are not old enough to accept these terms under local law, a parent or guardian should review them with you. If cloud features are unavailable, local practice can still continue where supported by the app.
Purchases and Restore
Remove Ads is an optional purchase when store billing is configured. Purchase availability, taxes, refunds, and payment handling are managed by the relevant app store. Focus Arcade verifies purchases before activating paid entitlements.
Ads
The free version may show rewarded, banner, or interstitial ads when the production AdMob configuration is enabled. Remove Ads disables ads according to the entitlement state verified by the app backend.
Service Changes
Features may change as the app evolves. Cloud services, store billing, ads, or support channels may be updated, paused, or discontinued when needed for security, reliability, policy, or operational reasons.
